4.1 VMware NSX L2VPN Deployment Models
With VMware NSX L2VPN services, there are two main deployment models that the service provider must consider when offering these services to the market:
• Stretched L2VPN with VMware NSX on and off premises
• Stretched L2VPN with standalone NSX Edge on premises
The following section provides an architecture example of both solutions.
