After an Incident has been resolved, vCenter Operations Manager enables an administrator to identify the responsible system and the root cause of the issue. By examining at the underlying system that was responsible for a performance issue, you can see its relationship to other tiers within an application, any Smart Alerts that are associated with it, and the performance history of all affected components to assist in identifying the root cause of the issue.
